Our young adults community connect on Sundays primarily at our 5pm service as well as at mid-week lifegroups and social events. From beach days to our annual camp, there’s always something to get involved in.
Wednesday evening
Joining a young adult-specific lifegroup is one of the best ways to connect. Lifegroups are small communities that meet mid-week to grow in relationship with God and with one another. This can look like sharing meals, reading the Bible together, praying for each other and having social events.
Tuesday evenings
Young adults regularly hang out on Tuesday evenings for casual volleyball and basketball as we open the courts up to hang out with our friends from the university village. Contact us for specific details.
Wednesday Mornings
Start your Wednesday in community with a morning run (or walk) and a dip in the ocean followed by coffee together. On Wednesday mornings at 5.30am, a group of young adults meet for a run, dip and sip. All running levels are welcome. Contact us for specific details.
Monthly
Young adult men gather together monthly for a bonfire, barbecue and casual hang out as they discuss some important truths in the Bible. Contact us for specific details.
Meet the pastor
Adam has called Southport Church of Christ his home church since childhood. He is married to his wife Tegan and they have two children. Adam has a passion to see young people know all that God has created them to be.
We would love to get in touch with you and help you get connected at SCC. Introduce yourself by filling out a welcome card and someone from our team will reach out.

Why are you a youth leader?
Because I love hanging out with my amazing girls, getting to know more about their lives and see them grow into beautiful young women
